Hey Voyagers,
We owe you an update — and honestly, we owe you an apology for the silence. Life has been full in ways we didn't expect, and while we've been heads down working through it all, we know that doesn't make the waiting any easier on your end.
So here's where things stand:
The artwork is nearly complete. What you've backed is genuinely beautiful — we're talking 78+ cards of cinematic, story-rich illustration that we are deeply proud of. We're finalizing the last few pieces including 4 bonus cards that we can't wait to show you. Those are coming in a dedicated update soon — consider it a little something worth waiting for.
The honest timeline: We're not going to give you a date we can't keep. What we can tell you is that we are fully committed to this deck. It will exist. It will be everything we set out to make it. We're just navigating the reality of being a small independent studio doing this the right way — which sometimes means slower than we'd like.
What's coming: Bonus card reveals, behind the scenes looks at the final artwork, and fulfillment updates as we hit each milestone.

A Check-In Before the Holiday Rush

Hello everyone!
Thank you so much for being here with us and holding space while we’ve been deep in the production phases these past couple of months. Before we dive into all the exciting progress, we want to answer something a few of you have already asked:
Voyage will not be arriving before Christmas.
Because of where we are in the production pipeline—and the normal timelines that follow (samples → full production → freight)—delivery will extend beyond the holidays. Everything is still moving forward exactly as intended, just inside that slower, very-detailed part of the process.
We really wish we could hand you this world-in-a-box in time for gifting, but some stages just take the time they take. With that said, we finally have some beautiful things to show you and talk through—so let’s jump in.
🛠 Where Voyage Stands Right Now
Voyage is in that phase where the world-building becomes very real — the lighting, the atmosphere, the emotion in each scene, and how every card fits into the larger story. This is the part where the art stops being images and starts feeling like you’re stepping into another realm.
Here’s what’s been happening lately:
✨ Artwork & Composition
We’ve gone through multiple rounds of refinement—color, detail, texture, world-building, character alignment, everything—so the story feels cohesive and alive from card to card.
This part is honestly our favorite, because it’s where you really feel the soul of the deck coming through.
We’re sharing a few refinement previews below so you can see that evolution yourself 🌊🏴☠️💫
🧪 Working Closely With Our Production Team
This is our first time working with this particular manufacturing partner, so we’ve been extremely intentional with the process.
We’ve sent: foil samples, box samples, paper samples, physical cards, and our full first edition of Journey to Oz & Wonderland — all to make sure the colors, finishes, and physical feel are right on the nose.
These extra steps take a little more time, but this is what sets the entire print run up for success, and we’re already seeing the benefits.
📅 So When Will Voyage Arrive?
Rather than lock ourselves into a fixed date before these last pieces are confirmed, here’s the realistic structure based on the manufacturer’s current pace:
~2 weeks for samples once files are approved
~30 days for full production
~4–6 weeks for freight
The big timeline milestone here is getting everything onto the production calendar before Chinese New Year in February. So ideally we'll get everything into production within the next month. That’s our current focus and push.
Once the upcoming sample stage is finalized, we’ll be able to give you a much clearer, more specific delivery window.
🏝 What’s Been Happening On Our Side
While things move through production overseas, we’ve been building momentum here at home by preparing all the elements we can control, including:
- producing add-ons
- artwork refinements
- testing materials
- packaging workflows
- shipping logistics
- inventory prep
- and improving our production setup here in the studio
It’s a ton of behind-the-scenes pieces coming together all at once, and it’s really exciting watching everything align.
Shipping/Backerkit Surveys 📝
Thank you to everyone who's filled out your Backerkit surveys! It's not too late to get them filled out if you haven't done so yet. 😇
We still plan to charge for shipping as we get closer to actually shipping your rewards (Dec.-Jan.) We'll let you know ahead of time when this will happen.
International Shipping
For our international backers, we are still working out the logistics with our third-party distributor in China in an effort to get your rewards to you sooner with less customs fees overall. We plan to provide an update on costs as we get closer to our shipping phase.
🎁 Looking for a Holiday Gift?
Although Voyage itself won’t be shipping this month, we are shipping our handmade items throughout the holidays.

Everything ships directly from our studio, usually same-day or next-day.
You’ll find them on our Etsy Store. (We're working on getting our Amazon and TikTok shop up to date as well!)

Hello everyone,
We hope you all had a wonderful Labor Day weekend! Matt and I decided to take a much needed break these past few days to spend time with our family, and recover from all the work we’ve accomplished so far. 😮💨 There’s still more work ahead of us, but we’re the types to keep our heads down and work until everything is complete. ✍️🙇♂️👨❤️👨💪
At this time, we just wanted to give a HUGE thank you to each and every one of you for making Voyage the 7 Seas to Neverland Tarot a success! 🌊✨ Your support means the world to us, and we’re very excited to fully manifest this deck into reality.
Right now, we’re working closely with the printers to finalize specs and details on all of the artwork, which should be wrapped up in the next few weeks. At the same time, we’re getting a head start on crafting and preparing the add-ons so everything comes together smoothly.
Backerkit surveys will be sent out next month (October), so please rest assured if you don’t see the email for that just yet.
Also, Late pledging is still active for anyone who still hasn’t backed our campaign, so please continue to spread the word. If we’re able to reach $30k, we’ll include the bonus cards in every deck! We’re excited to reveal these cards to you all because they have a special place in our hearts. 🥰

We’re down to the final 24 hours of our campaign, and we’ve been working tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure this deck is absolutely stunning. Over the past weeks, we’ve refined and elevated the artwork—bringing every card up to the level of magic and wonder it deserves. 🌟 In this update, you’ll see some before-and-after transformations that show just how far this journey has taken us.
